DIANE'S CELEBRITY DIRT - MONDAY, APRIL 2

*Will Ferrell has the new #1 movie. The comedy Blades of Glory, which stars Will and Jon Heder as rival figure skaters who become the sport's first men's pair team, took in $33 million. I saw Blades of Glory and loved it! Let's face it, the movie won't win an Oscar, but who cares? Any movie that makes me laugh out is worth the $9 ticket price. Will Ferrell is a comic genius and Jon Heder is hysterical! The new Disney animated movie Meet The Robinsons was #2 at the weekend box office.

*The 20th Annual Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards aired Saturday night. If you missed it, I'm sure Nickelodeon will re-air the awards. Some of the winners:

*Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend got a special delivery Saturday--and it was not good news! Larry received a FedEx package with a legal bill from his former attorney Debra Opri for more than $620,000! The bill is for work Debra did on Larry's behalf in his ongoing paternity battle for baby Dannielynn. Some of the charges are ridiculous! Debra billed Larry for attending Anna's funeral, dinners in the Bahamas, food shopping and her husband's laundry bill. By the way, Debra's legal fee is $475 per hour (I'm in the wrong business!!)

*Dancing With the Stars is on ABC tonight. Heather Mills, who did a great job the first 2 weeks says she is terrified of dancing tonight. She has to do the jive, which is a fast-moving form of swing dancing and she said it is going to be tough to do with her artificial leg. I'm sure she'll be fine! After DWTS, it's the season premiere of The Bachelor featuring 30-year-old Navy doctor Andy Baldwin.

*Jessica Simpson and John Mayer arrived in Australia over the weekend, where John is on tour for the next two weeks. Jessica's little sister Ashlee said John is great for Jessica and she's happy that Jess is happy (Ahhhhh, sisterly love....)

*Marie Osmond and husband Brian Blosil are divorcing after 20 years of marriage
