DIANE'S CELEBRITY DIRT - THURS., APRIL 12

*Marc Anthony has agreed to pay $2.5 million in back taxes and penalties after failing to file tax returns for five years. It wasn't Marc's fault, though. He wasn't prosecuted because an accountant handled his returns and Marc thought the taxes had been paid. Meanwhile, a report claims that Marc's marriage to Jennifer Lopez is over. Their rep says it's a big lie and they are thinking about suing. I hope it's not true because it would be embarrasing for Jennifer to have 3 ex-husbands!

*Sanjaya survives another week on American Idol--he wasn't even in the bottom 3! Haley Scarnato (the one with the longggg legs) was voted off last night. The Idol contestants said Jennifer Lopez has been their favorite guest mentor so far.

*Larry Birkhead spent time yesterday with baby Dannielynn. He fed her applesauce and changed his first diaper (Ahhhhh!) A custody hearing in the Bahamas is set for tomorrow. Hopefully Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, won't fight Larry for custody.

*Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora are officially divorced. The settlement was worked out yesterday. Heather has reportedly been dating her former Melrose Place co-star Jack Wagner (cute couple alert!)
